One to One Coaching

I will work with you individually so you may find your way to fulfillment and life success. We ll have three coaching sessions each month. You will commit to produce certain results between sessions, and choose our next topic so we ll always have our focus one step ahead. One to one coaching is for people who are tired of old ways of being and achieving results and are ready to make positive and lasting changes in their lives.
I am not interested in replacing what you would have done anyway. I am interested in adding new things besides what you are already doing.

Group Coaching

Join a small group of people with same interests and goals, and work with us online four times a month. You will be trained directly or learn by observing how other group members will be trained on various topics. You will see that support and group dynamics are priceless.

Online Courses

Once a month we created a free online training opportunity for all My Life Coach members. This training will be a videoconference and access is granted through invitations.
