Hello everyone! I am Ramona Lacatus, Life Coach and creator of My Life Coach.
I would like to say a few words about life coaching. It is a special, unique relationship between you and your coach, which develops gradually and is oriented towards you achieving your personal and professional goals. Life coaching is for people who want to live a fulfilled life.

I graduated the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest – International Business and Economics. During my studies I was a member of AIESEC,the world's largest student and recent graduates-run organization. While an AIESEC member I got what community, team and personal development are all about. At 19 I first participated in a training session and was so attracted by it that next year I completed a Train of Trainers program and started doing my own courses.

After college I got involved in training and for 7 years I have been a trainer and life coach.

In my personal life I am married and have a 2 years old son.

There are many coaches worldwide, you can find them online or in business meetings. So you probably ask yourself what distinguishes me from the others. Here are a few things:

• I had over 4,000 coaching hours by phone or in person.
• I have lead Leadership Programs for over 200 people (business owners, lawyers, teachers, doctors, engineers, students) in the last 5 years
• I am a member of International Coaching Federation - ICF
• I did my coach training at the Institute for Life Coach Training ILCT U.S.
• I am in the process of accreditation as Certified Master Coach (MCC) from ICF

And I love life – I am living my life with joy. I love human beings and am excited about what is possible in relationships, careers and business. I am confident that we can succeed with honor and integrity and last but not least I am grateful for the life I have the chance to live.
