Once you agree to these rules you will be solely responsible for you actions regarding My Life Coach, because as members you will benefit from a range of services which will be presented below. If other members of My Life Coach do not respect the rules and you have knowledge of it, please let us know as soon as possible to take the required measures.

Rules on access to My Life Coach

1. Your consent
My Life Coach website is provided free of charge, but subject to your compliance with the rules presented below. Although you can access some of the site simply by visiting it, for the benefit of the vast majority of services offered by My Life Coach, such as the ability to post comments on articles or making a request for coaching you need to express agreement with the rules we established and to join as a member of My Life Coach.

Warning: Rules are subject to change.. As they will be applied automatically as long as you have access to My Life Coach, please make sure you are aware of these rules and the changes. The rules can be accessed anytime on the site.

If you do not agree with the changes that occurred and therefore no longer want to be a member, then please send us your option as soon as possible via email. If you continue to access My Life Coach even after the revision of the rules, we will assume you accepted the changes.

We also reserve the right to establish a series of "supplementary rules", which will also be available on site and will be considered part of basic rules.

We are not liable to you for any violation of the rules by our members. So, each member is responsible for his own deed and its consequences.

2. Registering as a member
To become a member of My Life Coach will need to fill out a form.

We reserve the right to refuse membership to My Life Coach and will block access to mail account if we discover that you supplied false or tendentious information during registration as a member.

Will be prohibited to adopt as a member name any indecent or inappropriate word.

If someone uses the password (which you set when added as member) without being authorized by you in this regard, please immediately notify us.

Confidentiality
Any information provided by you, owned by us or provided by a third party (including our partners) will have privacy.

Important: We offer both information created by our team and information provided by third parties on My Life Coach.

3. Duration for rules applicability
We reserve the right that immediately and without any prior notice:

i) to cancel or change these rules
ii) to restrict your access to My Life Coach and related services or to exclude you from the database of members, in case you break any rules of this site, as once joined, they will be applied for the whole duration of you My Life Coach membership.

4. Changes to the website My Life Coach
We can change the structure of the site and we can also suspend its operations, with or without prior notice to its members or visitors of the site

5. Content of the messages
Warning: you are solely responsible for the content of your messages and will solely suffer the consequences. We reserve the right to decline your membership, if we find obvious that you have violated any of the following recommendations:

- My Life Coach is a website for anyone interested in personal development and was designed for personal purposes; any use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited unless you have our written consent, given in advance.

- it is forbidden to use information provided by other members to gain material or commercial advantage

- it is forbidden to write defamatory, threatening, vulgar, obscene, anti-Semitic messages, or with soft sexual malicious, inaccurate, unlawful messages in any place on the site.

- in case you encourage in any way through My Life Coach, behaviors targeted by the criminal law that could lead to civil liability, or if you commit yourself to such acts, or you otherwise violate any applicable laws, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures, including working with authorities to investigate your actions.

- it is forbidden to use illegal materials (whether they are text, images, graphics, sound, etc.) and to participate to discussions that reveal the intent to commit any illegal activity.

- the materials you use must abide Law No. 8 / 1996 on Copyright and Related Rights and Law. 84/1998 on trademarks and geographical indications.

- it is prohibited to pretend you are some other person or institution (including the employees or representatives of My Life Coach or its collaborators).

Warning: as we supply information that is protected by copyright law and the law on trademarks and geographical indications, it is prohibited: copying, reproduction, retransmission, distribution, publication, exploitation for commercial interest or transmitting it in any way without our prior consent.

6. My Life Coach does not warrant:
a) that can respond promptly to your requests or that we can provide continuous, timely, secure use of My Life Coach; also we can not provide guarantees for the results you get by accessing My Life Coach; we are not responsible for any damages, direct or incidental, that you may have with the temporary malfunction or malfunctioning of My Life Coach.
b) you agree that for the inappropriate or unlawful use of information obtained through My Life Coach you are solely responsible.
c) you agree that we can not guarantee that the information contained in My Life Coach or provided in connection with it are fully accurate or complete; we do not assume responsibility for the results you get from using this information; if you have medical, legal, professional problems, etc.. we can only give indicative and illustrative information but we cannot offer you expert advice.

If we feel that you have violated any of the conditions set forth in connection with My Life Coach, we reserve the right, as we have established above:
i) to send you a warning email about the breach of the conditions
ii) to delete your messages or inaccurate or malicious information from My Life Coach
iii) to cancel your membership on My Life Coach
iv) ) to make complaints against you to the relevant bodies and / or collaborate with them in case of problems involving violations of any law.
