I have worked with Ramona for 6-7 months; it was the opportunity of my life as I accessed leadership for myself. I will take a particular case - my job. I had a position of management and great responsibility. Nevertheless I used to miss promotion opportunities; I frequently encountered the situation when others around me with similar work responsibilities and results were given bonuses, salary increases and other benefits. I would have liked this acknowledgment for myself also, so I was frustrated for not getting it. This situation used to have replicas in many other areas of my life. I have worked with Ramona on this and she led me into my journey to leadership. She combined firmness with delicacy and supported me unconditionally. For me Ramona is the definition of being a coach". Now my life unfolds with great ease. Whenever I have something to say people listen to me carefully; at my job I am acknowledged as an authority and people gladly follow me in my initiatives.

I am Roxana. I am 30 years old and I love life especially plants, trees and flowers, so I chose a career as a horticulturist. I used to work mainly with ornamentals, topiary art and parks. It all seemed to me like a gift. Now I am in China for two years, and I am living my dream life. How did I get here from being a shy, withdrawn, introverted young lady? In 2006, I met a couple of people who were about to change my view of life. Ramona was one of them. By the age of 27, I had graduated from college, taken my master and PhD diplomas, I was the owner of my own business, I had a house, but I had no satisfaction, I was not content with my life. I used to work myself into exhaustion and no result could ever really please me. The first time I met Ramona, I was shocked: she was talking to people, to me so openly, so warm, simple and full of affection, yet direct, clear and concise. And a lot of things she was saying gave me the impression she knew my concerns, thoughts and dreams. To be in relationship with people, to communicate openly and without fear, to express my enthusiasm and compassion were unknown to me until that moment. Now all these come natural for me. This was my greatest achievement. The jobs I got afterwards gave me the opportunity to express my skills and ideas. I love traveling and have traveled in the last two years more than in my whole life. I love discovering new people and in the last two years I got some wonderful friends from two continents. There are no more impossible projects or dreams for me; the question for me now is which dream I want to fulfill first!
